1. Overview

This website, oneregimen.com, is operated by ZS Makeup and Beauty Pvt. Ltd. (“we”, “us”, “our”), which markets One Regimen products in Pakistan under license from One Regimen LLC (USA). By browsing this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Shipping & Returns policy and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. Our store runs on Shopify, which provides our e-commerce platform.

2. Using Our Site

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. You agree to give accurate, complete information — including your name, delivery address and phone number — and to keep it up to date. You may not use the site to break any law, submit false information, upload viruses or harmful code, scrape or copy content, interfere with the site's security, or harass others. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaches these Terms.

3. Products and Pricing

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes. Delivery is free on every order. Prices may change without notice, but the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay. Product images are for illustration, and colours may look slightly different on your screen. We may limit quantities, or discontinue any product, at any time.

4. Orders and Payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if an item is out of stock, a price or product detail was listed in error, the address or phone number can't be verified, the order appears fraudulent, or it appears to be placed for resale. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, you'll receive a full refund.

We accept Cash on Delivery, debit and credit cards (Visa and Mastercard), JazzCash, EasyPaisa and bank transfer. Card payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we do not store your full card details. For Cash on Delivery, please be available to receive and pay for your order. Repeated refused or failed COD deliveries may lead us to disable COD for future orders.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver free of charge across Pakistan. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, public holidays or other events outside our control. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.

6. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

You can cancel an order before it's dispatched. You can raise a return or replacement request within 7 days of delivery. Damaged, leaking or wrong items and genuine quality issues are replaced or refunded free of charge. Change-of-mind returns must be sealed, unused and in their original box, and carry a Rs. 200 pickup fee. Opened products can be returned only for a quality issue. Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days of approval. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.

7. Genuine Products and Resale

One Regimen products are sold only on oneregimen.com. Products bought from any other seller are not covered by our returns, refunds or quality commitments, and may not be genuine. Our products may not be resold without our written consent.

8. Product Use and Health Disclaimer

One Regimen products are cosmetics for external use only. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Always read the label and product page, follow the directions, and patch test before first use. Some products are not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding — this is stated on the product page. Stop using a product if irritation occurs.

Results vary from person to person. Results from clinical or consumer studies describe the average experience of participants and are not a guarantee of individual results. Information on our site, including our Skin Quiz, is general guidance only and is not a substitute for advice from a dermatologist or doctor.

9. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions and discount codes are subject to their stated terms and validity dates. Unless stated otherwise, only one code can be used per order, codes cannot be exchanged for cash, and they cannot be applied to past orders. We may withdraw or change a promotion at any time, and cancel orders that misuse a code.

10. Reviews and Submissions

If you send us a review, photo, comment or other content, you confirm it is your own, honest and lawful, and you allow us to use, edit and publish it in any medium without payment. We may remove any content that is false, offensive, unlawful or infringes anyone's rights. We may contact you before featuring your photos or name prominently in our marketing.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including the One Regimen and BrightCorrect names, logos, text, images and designs — belongs to One Regimen LLC and is used by us under license. You may not copy, reproduce or use it without written permission.

12. Privacy and Third-Party Services

How we collect and use your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy. Our site relies on third-party services, such as payment providers and couriers, which have their own terms. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or practices.

13. Limitation of Liability and Indemnity

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under Pakistani consumer protection law.

You agree to compensate us for any claims, losses or costs arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. If you have a concern, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. Any dispute that can't be resolved will be subject to the courts of Lahore.

15. General Terms and Changes

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with our Shipping & Returns policy and Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and us. We may update these Terms at any time; changes take effect when posted on this page, and the date at the top shows the latest version.
